Ephemerent Glow is an independent career and project service. It is not affiliated with RIT and does not guarantee employment, interviews, or applicant-tracking outcomes.
Your private work
Your résumé, confirmed profile, project briefs, and drafts are private to your account and authorized Ephemerent administrators. We process submitted material with the configured AI provider to produce requested outputs. Do not upload confidential employer documents or information you are not entitled to share.
Original résumé uploads expire 30 days after extraction. Confirmed profiles and purchased artifacts remain until deletion. Request account deletion or export your records from Settings. Payment records may be retained as needed for accounting; mailbox tokens are removed on disconnection or account deletion.
Full Glow — $50 once
The self-service package includes a master résumé, 10 targeted generations, career materials, one published portfolio, 12 months of hosting, and up to 1,000 personalized company-contact emails. Generation access lasts 30 days from payment. No automatic renewal. A hosting extension can be requested before expiry; its price is disclosed before purchase.
Outreach
Import contacts you are entitled to contact. Confirm your factual claims and review all recipients and messages before approving a campaign. Emails send through your connected Gmail account and are subject to provider limits. Glow initially limits delivery to 20 messages per rolling hour and 100 per rolling day. Delivery, inbox placement, responses, and employment are not guaranteed. A provider-accepted send is not proof of inbox delivery.
Gmail authorization is used to send the approved emails, not to read your inbox. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. You can pause a campaign or disconnect at any time. Include truthful sender details and a valid postal contact address. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed recipients are suppressed from future campaigns by that sender. An uncertain send is paused for manual resolution and is never automatically resent.
Publication and accuracy
Confirm your extracted experience before generation. Review generated content for accuracy. A portfolio becomes public only when you explicitly publish its preview; you can unpublish it. Do not claim skills, accomplishments, or contributions you do not have. Project descriptions should state your contribution and distinguish AI assistance or Ephemerent delivery.
Projects and refunds
Project work is governed by your accepted written quote: scope, milestones, acceptance checks, costs, ownership, delivery, and one revision. Scope changes require a new quote. A verified 50% deposit is required before work begins; the balance is due after acceptance and before handoff.
Failed generation retries do not consume an additional credit. If a paid deliverable cannot be supplied, request a refund in your workspace or contact kt@ephemerent.com. Merchandise is purchased separately from the linked merchant and follows that merchant’s shipping and fulfillment terms.
